Job Responsibilities
1. Establishing and maintaining the management system for subsidiary companies.
2. Managing system coordinators and internal auditors of subsidiary companies (including selection, training, and accreditation).
3. Implementing and closing the findings on system audits at subsidiary companies and business units.
4. Implementing the process and the roles of process management in subsidiary companies according to headquarters' plans.
5. Promoting best practices in process management.
6. Implementing and closing the findings on process audits at subsidiary companies and business units.
7. Implementing and optimizing document management in subsidiary companies, including processes, document management platforms, and BU document control personnel.
8. Collecting local improvement suggestions and assisting headquarters' QMD in platform optimization management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (i.e. Science, engineering, management, operations research/management, etc.)
- At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role; audit field, lead and manage quality systems implementation.
- Demonstrated background in an ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 27001, RBA or comparable quality and regulatory system.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and ability to understand and apply process audit principles (ISO).
- Proficient using MS Office Suite
