- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Drive client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Support new product rollouts / adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.
- Forecast, track progress, and close sales opportunities.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
