JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Drive and execute e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces including product listing optimization, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and banner management.
- Collaborate with Product and Digital Marketing teams to conceptualize and implement compelling marketing campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports, monitor campaign effectiveness, and propose data-driven improvement strategies.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage industry best practices to enhance online presence.
- Manage customer engagement and lead generation through company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Lead and execute special e-commerce initiatives and strategic projects to drive business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Experience with Malaysian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is preferred.
