Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
• Coordinate office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring all resources are stocked and properly maintained.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of company events and meetings.
• Handle employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist management with other administrative needs as required.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Minimum SPM requirement. Fresh graduates is encourage.
