The Sales Executive role at JV Pioneer (M) Sdn Bhd is a pivotal position within the company's team. As a Sales Executive member of the Sales Department, reporting to the Sales Manager, he/she key roles involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their lighting requirements, and providing tailored solutions that enhance illumination and contribute to energy savings and environmental sustainability.
You will play an important role in the following:
- Developing, nurturing, and providing professional consultation services with new and existing clients.
- Organizing daily work schedules, identifying, planning, and implementing a sales strategy to exceed sales targets.
- Conducting new assessments and understanding the requirements of corporate clients.
- Prepare a proposal for presentation and quotation to potential clients.
- Understanding the market and staying updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Closing sales deals and securing contracts with clients.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on sales activities and report to your superior.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a related industry
- Able to communicate efficiently in Malay and English
- Possess own vehicle and must be able to travel outstation within a state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
