You will play an important role in the following:

  1. Responsible for managing and developing new existing and new customers.
  2. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  3. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, reporting and adjust goals as needed.
  4. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.
  5. Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
  6. Develop skills continuously for hiring, training and leading team members.
  7. Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
  8. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  9. Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners and end users.
  10. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
  11. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
  12. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  13. To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
  14. To identify new business opportunities, requirements and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field / Certificate in Sales, or equivalent
  2. 2 years of experience in a related industry
  3. Able to communicate efficiently in Malay and English
  4. Possess own vehicle and must be able to travel outstation within a state.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  6. Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  8. Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment.
