We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our HR team. As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs.
- Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details.
- Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain and update the L&D database, records, and materials.
- Help research industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in developing reports and presentations on training activities and results.
