Job Description:
- Processing of delivery arrangement upon receiving of delivery note/request from order management in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Logistic/3PL team on shipment receiving, deliveries and movement of goods.
- Ensure complete and accurate billing submission to the finance department for payment purpose.
- Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are updated in system.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluating service provider’s performance.
- Monitor warehouse overall performance & barcode scanning system.
- Processing Sales Return Orders upon receiving the return cargo.
- Act as System UAT processor.
- Perform any other related duties as and when directed by your Superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably specializing in Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
- Software using: SAP SOFTWARE
