Job Responsibilities :
• Received, log, update and keeping all the project related documentations for instance: tender/construction/details drawings related to the project, specifications, data sheet, design calculation etc.
• Ability to implement and control the documentation flow, filling / archiving, documents handover activities for the Project sites, throughout all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning etc) of the Project.
• To maintain and consistently updating the company profile and ensure the approval document is updated timely.
• Scanning all relevant new documents into the system.
• Responsible to maintain and manage Document Controller system.
• Making sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally.
• Responsible for ensuring circulation durations for distribution and retention cycles are tracked and monitor any deviations so they may be reported to the management.
