During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
- Gain practical HR skills.
- Understand HR processes and policies.
- Develop communication and organizational skills.
Scope of Internship:
- Recruitment:
- Assist with job postings and resume screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Onboarding:
- Prepare onboarding materials.
- Help with new hire orientations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records.
- Support HR document preparation.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organising employee events.
- Help manage employee inquiries.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Working Location: Section 13, Petaling Jaya.
- Minimum internship period : 3 months & above
