Responsibilities:
- Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
- To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions.
- Maintain AP/AR account and generate analytical report.
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.
- Provide monthly sales report; generate aging report and attending aging meeting each month.
- Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
- Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/Balakong Cheras.
- Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
- Able to communicate with all level of people.
- Able to start work immediately.
