Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Pre-Tender and Post Contract, handling tender and project documents, and reports from project inception to completion.
- This role involved managing the tender submission, planning, budgeting, and monitoring of construction phases to ensure that projects were working within BQ scope, ensuring that materials and equipment were followed to contract spec, and keeping track of project costing and budgetary.
- Work closely with clients and Consultants Engineers, QS, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments that meet the company’s standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aware and understanding to identify potential risks in tender documents
- Aware and understanding of standard of Tender procedure
- Aware and understanding to identify potential risks in LOA given by the Client
- Summary and present regular reports to the Director
- Adept at working on Microsoft Office
- Adept at Autocad Drawing
- Keep track of tender progress to ensure submission on time
- Compile supplier's quotations, compare and negotiate price
- Preparation of project drawings and material for approval
- Quantity take-off and summary report to the project team
- Conduct kick-off meeting with Management and project team
- Projects budgetary on Costing Material, Sub con and wages
- Budgeting and cost control, keep tracking when projects are ongoing
- Update material delivery to ensure the quantity is within the estimated amount
- Track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives
- Progress claim submission, liaison to client side to verify the percentage of the claim
- Work up BQ for additional work/VO claims and submission to the client
- Follow up payment certificate to client and ensure the percentage is not under certified
- Define project filling system to save all documents on the server
- Interim payment certificated to Sub con progress claim
- Project As-built drawing, operation manual submission.
Requirements:
- Degree in M & E or QS-related field
- Proven experience in the project contract position
- Strong knowledge of M & E contract details and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Required Language: BM, English & Mandarin
