Sales Support Admin – 6 Months Contract

Job Responsibility
• Provide necessary support and services to sales staff of the Company in the execution of day-to-
day sales functions.
• Prepares various documents such as sales schedules, reports, and statistics as directed for
managerial review.
• Responsible for generating quotations, agreements, correspondence, delivery orders / invoices,
confirmation of orders for the Sales Department.
• Maintain an efficient control system of records, communications and correspondence.
• Collate sales records and prepare agreements and other documents in connection with sales and
deliveries.
• Answer enquiries, receive customers’ complaints and coordinates with other related
areas/personnel in-charge concerning proper operating procedures.
• Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement
• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies /
Administration / Management
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
