Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing customer inquiries.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts based on the sales team’s instructions or customer requests.
- Manage Orders: Oversee order processing, ensuring that sales orders are correctly entered into the system and delivered on time.
- Follow-up on Leads: Contact potential clients to confirm leads or appointments, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
Communication and Coordination
- Internal Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the sales team, marketing, finance, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services or products.
- Customer Communication: Manage communications with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, or payment issues.
- Schedule Appointments and Meetings: Organize sales meetings and travel schedules for the sales team.
