Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 3 Years experience in accounting function
- Able to travel to project sites for meetings or discussions
- Knowledge in CSS software or any other property management accounting software.
- Working experience in Property Management field will be an added advantage.
- Posses good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare monthly financial management reports.
- To monitor daily cash balance, bank reconciliation and daily accounts entries.
- Cash flow management, budgetary review and control.
- To ensure timely payments to trade creditors, contractors and other third parties
- To assist in auditing and taxation assignments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Head of Finance.
