Overview:
We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. You will be responsible for technical and administration activities of IT server and services which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration. You will also take in charge of troubleshooting and providing solutions if there are any the issues. You will be reporting to IT Manager and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an IT infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing virtualization infrastructure such as VMware, Nutanix, VDI, etc.
- Administration of Windows server and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File server, ERP, etc.
- Implementing and managing DevOps system.
- Monitoring the performance of all software and hardware, installing servers, configuring systems, and making sure every technical aspect is running smoothly.
- Supporting and driving other daily server operations and security tasks.
- Giving hands-on user support in the office and remotely.
- Writing user manuals and KB in ServiceNow.
