SALARY RANGE : RM3000 - RM4000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

    • Proactively engaging prospective customers (small-to-medium businesses) through cold calling, social media outreach and referrals.
    • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to SMBs on our Next Day product.
    • Warm and convert cold leads into loyal customers by understanding their delivery challenges and keeping them engaged with our solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of larger e-commerce brands, consolidators and fulfilment houses.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
    • Conduct regular account review to uncover additional business opportunities and potential for revenue growth.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

    • Highly motivated to hunt and close new deals
    • Capable of scaling and executing an existing sales cycle to achieve consistently-improving performance
    • Keen to further develop their sales scope - ie. move from selling a product to selling a solution
    • Ideally, looking for someone with a sales background vs an account management background - this has to be someone comfortable with cold calling and putting themselves out there repeatedly in a day
