Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and leading water-based (e.g., kayaking, snorkeling) and land activities (e.g., hiking).
- Set up and clean up after activities; ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Engage with guests, providing information about activities, marine life, and local attractions.
- Help coordinate bookings for activities and dive sessions.
- Promote eco-friendly practices and environmental conservation efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Experience in outdoor activities or tours; dive center experience is a plus.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a bonus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about marine life and conservation.
