Event Coordinator Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing and leading water-based (e.g., kayaking, snorkeling) and land activities (e.g., hiking).
  • Set up and clean up after activities; ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Engage with guests, providing information about activities, marine life, and local attractions.
  • Help coordinate bookings for activities and dive sessions.
  • Promote eco-friendly practices and environmental conservation efforts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outdoor activities or tours; dive center experience is a plus.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a bonus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about marine life and conservation.
