We are looking for a Collection/Recovery Officer who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer payment issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin,Tamil language for both spoken and written
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via outbound/inbound phone calls with customers who have overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner
Educate customers about payment options, repayment plans, and consequences of non-payment
Resolve disputes or conflicts by addressing customer concerns effectively and professionally
Compliance and ethics to ensure all collection activities adhere to ethical standards and with company policies and laws
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving the issue
Assist customers in understanding their rights and responsibilities regarding their debts
Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify customers' outstanding payments.
Completing the assigned jobs within the timeline given.
