This position is for HR General Executive to assist day to day HR functional areas under the supervision of HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure employee personnel files & records are properly filed, maintained, and updated.
- Preparing letters for various employment-related matters.
- Support job recruitment process like interview arrangement and employee onboarding.
- Update staff movement and salary changes.
- Update employee compensation benefits records: medical and company insurance.
- Support employee work permits application and related processing.
- Support HR Manager to identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and development.
- Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by HR Manager
