Job Position / Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Objectives: Responsible for all planning and execution of sales activities, from leads generation through close. Develop and implement agreed upon Marketing Plan and Sales Strategy which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the different marketing areas. Work within the appropriate departments for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, managing quality of product, quality service delivery and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.
Responsibilities / Key Duties:
- Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers
- Make sales calls to existing and new potential customers
- Meet annual sales target
- Develop and maintain customer contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details
- Produce bi-weekly sales reports, maintain sales activity records and reports
- Provide feedback from existing and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery
- Identify new market / industry and make contact with new potential customers
- Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver services
- Source and develop customer referrals
- Prepare sales action plans and schedules
- Negotiate with customers
- Develop sales proposals and quotations
- Present and follow up on sales proposal and quotations
- Follow up for collection of payment
- Ensure good customer experience, service satisfaction and good client relationship
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Education & Experiences:
- Minimum SPM holder
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications and skills
- Good verbal communication, customer service and writing skills
- Able to communicate technical issues (preferred but not a requirement as training will be provided), with good presentation skills
- Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, self-driven, adaptable and independent
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work occasional long hours and weekends
- Passion and willingness to learn
