Office Assistant/Sales Support.
We are an engineering company specializing in air compressors, gensets, equipment rental, services, and oil and gas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales and finance documentation, including quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Perform general office tasks and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in event preparations, including booth setup using Canva.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Organized, with good time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
