Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our full range of DG services, including training, operations, consultation, and transportation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in industries such as logistics, transportation, and hazardous materials handling for all DG-related services.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing) and traditional media channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and decision-makers to ensure long-term business opportunities across all service areas.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations, consultation, and training teams to ensure marketing content accurately reflects our services, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and service offerings.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings, using insights to adjust strategies and refine service delivery.
- Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, blog posts, and social media content, to showcase the value of our DG services and highlight successful client stories.
- Lead Nurturing and Follow-up: Manage lead generation efforts by nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Sales Support: Provide marketing and sales support by creating tailored materials for sales teams, assisting in client meetings, and helping close deals.
- Monitor and Report on Marketing Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and reports to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Customer Feedback and Testimonials: Gather customer feedback across all service areas to improve offerings, obtain testimonials, and ensure customer satisfaction for use in promotional materials.
- Industry Engagement: Engage with industry associations, regulators, and partners to stay updated on DG regulations and ensure our marketing materials are compliant and relevant.
- All employees are subject to transfer within the various branches and divisions of the company in which he/she is employed
Education
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, at least 3 years of experience in the marketing field
- Degree holders in Marketing or related fields are highly encouraged to apply
Training/Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to create compelling marketing materials and engage with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design innovative marketing campaigns.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in logistics, hazardous materials, or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, including Canva, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and other content creation platforms.
- Experience in managing and updating websites, including familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms).
- Excellent marketing skills with a solid understanding of lead generation strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
