Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Full time position: Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Auto Count and Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
- Coordinate and support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements
- Sales tax online submission, budgeting payment, Tax Code compliance
- Monitor overall AP budget and handle IBG payments to Suppliers
- Company payroll execution, EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB - assisted by HR department staff
- Other ad hoc Company support administrative duties
