Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
- Excel in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Full-time position- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities:
- Assist and compiling of data and reports
- Handling and maintaining all documents and records
- Provide administration support on operation & sales departments
- Responsible in generating invoices, claims and commission
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calla, take message and routing correspondence
- Computation of monthly reports for sales team
- Assist ad hoc duty and other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
- To maintain an organized filing system
