Admin Executive

LSCC Auto Sdn Bhd

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
  • Excel in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Full-time position- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
  • ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and compiling of data and reports
  • Handling and maintaining all documents and records
  • Provide administration support on operation & sales departments
  • Responsible in generating invoices, claims and commission
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calla, take message and routing correspondence
  • Computation of monthly reports for sales team
  • Assist ad hoc duty and other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
  • To maintain an organized filing system
