JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- assist in the daily preparation & data recording, including purchase order, invoices, receipts, payments, general ledger entries.
- verify and process invoices, accurate data entry key in, follow up payments and collections
- request and send monthly Statement of Account.
- managing expense claims and reimbursements.
- maintain proper filing, organize paperwork, handling confidential information securely.
- daily bank reconciliation to ensure accurate recording
- supporting month end and year end closing process
- to provide general administrative and clerical support to the superior as required
- ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in Automotive industry field is a bonus for this post.
- Required language: English, Bahasa & Mandarin (as the role requires candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking client and supplier).
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage
