- Conduct routine baking tests on samples to ensure flour quality meets standards.
- Perform additional tests related to competitor analysis, complaints, R&D, and evaluations as assigned.
- Report quality defects or issues to superiors promptly for resolution.
- Accurately record and submit test results, maintaining proper documentation.
- Continuously improve baking skills and adhere to scheduled tests.
- Assist in product demonstrations, technical training, and sales activities.
- To keep Customer Service Department (CSD) facilities in good condition and promptly report to superior for any sign of equipment defect or breakdown.
- Maintain and report the condition of equipment, ensuring facilities are clean and organized.
- Follow safety, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and best practice procedures.
- Protect the confidentiality of company formulations and quality data.
- Adhere to company policies and participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
- Support FSSC 22000 initiatives and complete additional tasks as directed by management.
