Job Descriptions:
- To follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
- Work closely with other team members and other staff.
- Educate customers to make payment promptly.
- Inform customers about new payment channels and product.
- Review on individual daily performance (total collection).
- Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiation with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Accountancy/Economic/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years collection payment experiences is an added advantage.
- Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work based in Kuching.
- 3 vacant position, contract for 6 months.
