Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with various clerical duties. This role is crucial to maintaining efficiency and organization within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, documents, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment; manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in Administration or equivalent .
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
