Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage effective E-commerce platform to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales-related campaigns to sales performance (email campaigns, social media promotions, video etc.).
- Help manage the order lifecycle, from order entry to fulfillment.
- Sales administrative supports and other duties as assigned.
- Generate and track sales reports to monitor performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or any related field. Science graduates are encourages to apply too!!
- Have experience in any e-commerce, social media marketing-related role.
- Self-motivated, discipline, independent and willing to learn.
- Meticulous with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photography Plan
- Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing.
