Responsibilities:
- Prepare and calculate cost during and post tender.
- Request quotation from supplier/subcontractor.
- Issues purchase order & certificate payment.
- Prepare budget monitor.
- Prepare Final Account & Variation Order.
- Able to work as a team.
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Compile internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Requirements:
- Understanding with construction management software packages.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
- Good time and project management skills.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
- At least 1-2 Years experience
- Able to work independently
- Preferably experience in Contractor's company
- Good negotiation skill
