工作範圍:-
1) Ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored 負責倉庫日常管理
- Keeping the accuracy of inventory records/stock cards
- 維持帳物卡準確性
- Following with warehouse documented policies and procedures
- 維持單據同步原則
- Practicing with the FIFO method
- 維持物料先進先出原則
- Determining the inventory policies for slow-moving items
- 呆滯物料管理
- Practicing occupational safety and health procedures & 5S management
- 安全和5S管理
- Liaising with our external officer (China) for related matters
- 與國內人員日常溝通事宜
2)Responsible for shipment matters 負責出貨事宜
- Preparing pallets listing
- 卡板清單製作
- Ensuring accuracy of shipment deliveries
- 維持出貨準確而率
3) Handling and solving warehouse issues in face of exceptional situations such as below: 負責倉庫異常/突發狀況處理
- Layout/space utilization issues
- 倉庫位置週轉調配
- Manpower or workers issues
- 員工工作事宜調配
- Daily operations issues
- 日常管理異常處理
- Inventory issues
- 理貨過程異常處理
- Warehouse accounting and control issues
- 帳務異常處理
- Receiving material issues
- 到料異常處理事宜
4) Handling warehouse accounting 帳務處理
- In-house material picking/return items/inventory billing matters
- 工廠內部領料/退料/進倉單據過帳事宜
- Preparing inventory to take out a related listing
- 備料單製作事宜
- Inventory filing related matters
- 單據歸檔事宜
5) Other works arranged by manager or superior 完成上級安排的其他工作
任職基本要求:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Pre-U, any field;
- 至少具有馬來西亞文憑
- Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience in the warehouse will be an advantage;
- 有一年或以上的相關工作經驗為佳
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply;
- 有無經驗都可申請
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia;
- 語言要求:中文,英文和馬來文
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- 精通Microsoft Office
