工作范围:-
1) Ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored 负责仓库日常管理
- Keeping the accuracy of inventory records/stock cards
- 维持账物卡准确性
- Following with warehouse documented policies and procedures
- 维持单据同步原则
- Practicing with the FIFO method
- 维持物料先进先出原则
- Determining the inventory policies for slow-moving items
- 呆滞物料管理
- Practicing occupational safety and health procedures & 5S management
- 安全和5S管理
- Liaising with our external officer (China) for related matters
- 与国内人员日常沟通事宜
2)Responsible for shipment matters 负责出货事宜
- Preparing pallets listing
- 卡板清单制作
- Ensuring accuracy of shipment deliveries
- 维持出货准确而率
3) Handling and solving warehouse issues in face of exceptional situations such as below: 负责仓库异常/突发状况处理
- Layout/space utilization issues
- 仓库位置周转调配
- Manpower or workers issues
- 员工工作事宜调配
- Daily operations issues
- 日常管理异常处理
- Inventory issues
- 理货过程异常处理
- Warehouse accounting and control issues
- 账务异常处理
- Receiving material issues
- 到料异常处理事宜
4) Handling warehouse accounting 账务处理
- In-house material picking/return items/inventory billing matters
- 工厂内部领料/退料/进仓单据过账事宜
- Preparing inventory to take out a related listing
- 备料单制作事宜
- Inventory filing related matters
- 单据归档事宜
5) Other works arranged by manager or superior 完成上级安排的其他工作
任职基本要求:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Pre-U, any field;
- 至少具有马来西亚文凭
- Minimum 1 year(s) relevant working experience in the warehouse will be an advantage;
- 有一年或以上的相关工作经验为佳
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply;
- 有无经验都可申请
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia;
- 语言要求:中文,英文和马来文
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- 精通Microsoft Office
