Responsibilities
- Provides advice, information and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures in line with best practice
- Coordinates and monitors the administration of all human resource activity
- Manages the joiner and leaver process from beginning to end, and ensures inductions and exit interviews are carried out
- Controls the monthly payroll and works with HR systems to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Produces contracts of varying terms and conditions – consultants, temporary and permanent in compliance with Company policy and labor regulations
- Advises employees on the agency’s benefit offering
- Assists in training and development requirements for the agency
- Coordinates the agency recruitment process from posting roles to shortlisting candidates
- Continual policy and process development; communicates and implements policies and procedures in line with benchmarks and employment law regulation
- Build contact with local Universities in building new and young talent pool
- Plan annual internships program – working directly with Universities/Colleges
- Build a good base of talent pool – working closely with Regional team and also connect with industry peers
- Managing staff related issues
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
