JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accountable for delivering against planned sales revenue and profit (shipment, in-market sales) targets by focusing on the Territory Customers KPI’s and sales drivers.
- Manage and monitor assigned customer A&P trade fund/TTA based investment according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer/trade leaders and organizations, industry peers and agent/distributors
- Plan, negotiate & execute sales activities with distributors for key accounts
- Provide trade activation post-evaluation analysis for review of improvement and action plan for out of plan (if any).
- Monitor the merchandisers itinerary, day to day operation and ensure sufficient stocks and proper planogram of Company’s product at the shelf.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and follow
- Work collaboratively cross functionally with marketing, supply chain, customer care, client management etc. to ensure effective communication and implementation.
- Provide regular market insights and category/product trend with actionable recommendations for strategic business optimization for assigned customers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
- Industrial Background Preferred: At least 2 years and above of experience in FMCG, preferably with exposure to account management.
- Required skills : ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
- Experience in growing business, managing responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing
- Solid management skills with key outlets of modern and general trade.
- Willing to travel and able to work in fast fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, capable of building conductive relationships
- with colleagues and business partners
