Responsibilities:
- Plan content strategies for social media, online, and offline platforms.
- Create and produce high-quality content such as images, videos, and graphics that are engaging and relevant to the planned content strategy.
- Manage and ensure in-house content such as monthly promotions, brochures, and other marketing materials are prepared perfectly and on time.
- Upload generated content to social media platforms and websites according to the established schedule.
- Analyze analytical data and monitor the performance of produced content to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy.
- Monitor and handle comments, questions, and responses from followers and customers to provide feedback and maintain positive relationships.
- Continuously seek new ideas and innovations to ensure Neolee Rehab Supply remains relevant and attractive to the audience.
- Understand the needs and preferences of the target customers to create content that aligns with their interests.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin optional)
- Able to work independantly
- Good in writing creative contents for social media.
- Innovative design approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing
- Active and knowledgeable in all social media platforms
- Own transport to work
