- To execute the internal safety and quality assurance programs & maintain the food safety management system in order to ensure compliance to ISO22000, FSSC 22000 scheme, HACCP, other regulatory and statutory requirements such as Food Act Regulation.
- To assist & communicate customer requirement in production floor.
- To understand the food safety policy and food safety objective. To carry out activities such as inspection, audit , control and monitoring activity at the production floor area – silo, milling, batching, packing and warehouse to ensure that the specified targets are achieved
- To assist in internal and external audit – ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 scheme, SIRIM, HACCP, customer audit and other applicable FSMS and QMS audit.
- To check condition and conduct inspection at bulk loading to ensure is fulfilling food safety and quality release standard.
- To check condition and conduct inspection at the incoming material to make sure it's fulfill the acceptance specification.
- To check condition and conduct inspection at the prestage pallet to ensure it's fulfill both food safety and quality release standard.
- To support and participate in all the food safety management system activities and workplace safety awareness.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
