- To conduct routine baking tests on milling, batching, packing sample and lab mill sample according to the plan to ensure the flour produced has been tested and the quality meets the desired standard.
- To perform any other testing as assigned by superior in related to competitor’s flour analysis, flour streaming study, complaint, and any other R&D/evaluation.
- To ensure the quality defect and other issue or problem is reported to superior promptly for further decision making.
- To ensure test results are record properly on testing form with no error, submit on time for reporting purposes and filing of testing form and other documents are well maintained.
- To continuously improve on product making skills by performing the test according the schedule set by superior.
- To assist in product demonstration, flour technical training for customer / sales and any others sales activation activities.
- To keep CSD facilities in good condition and promptly report to superior for any sign of equipment defect or breakdown.
- To clean up the place and facility before end of the shift and take part in the 5S activities for the area in-charged. Ensure CSD master cleaning plan is adhered.
- To ensure safety procedures are observed strictly at all time and to comply strictly with the requirements of HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL and any other Best Practices.
- To ensure the confidentiality of Company’s wheat grist, flour formulations, wheat, and flour quality.
- To strictly follow the company’s regulations and policies.
- To participate in Lab MBU1 by contributes to safety observation and improvement idea.
- To comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000 and to support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
