Responsibilities 職責
- Delivering excellent customer service 提供卓越的客戶服務。
- Engaging and discovering Financial Planning for customer needs. 與顧客互動,了解其財務計畫的需求。
- Provide Financial solutions that meet customer needs. 提供滿足顧客需求的財務解決方案。
- To follow up diligently on all referrals and converts to sales. 跟進所有轉介和潛在銷售機會,以確保銷售目的達成。
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales targets.發掘新的銷售策略和方法,以實現銷售目標。
Suitable Candidate:
- Must be Malaysian 馬來西亞公民
- Must Possess at least SPM & above 高中程度
- Able to converse fluently in English & Mandrin, or other local languages is an added advantage 通曉中英文,或其他本地語言
- Have own transport 自備交通工具
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit / 有責任心和良好的團隊精神
- Have good communication relationship and management skill 有良好的溝通和關係管理技巧
- Possess previous sales & marketing experience and customer service will be an advantage 擁有銷售和客戶服務經驗為佳
