JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / 職位描述
- Provide accounting support and assistance to ensure smooth operations.
- Extract, analyze and tally financial information from operating system.
- Finalize financial transactions and update general ledgers in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, journal voucher, debit note, credit note, bank reconciliation and fixed asset listing.
- Perform account payable functions - issue cheque and process daily online banking payment.
- Recording and filling cash transactions.
- Ensure the completeness of financial statements.
- Work closely with operation staff for daily operation tasks & Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters.
- Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
- Provide clerical supports to superior
- Undertake other special assignments as and when required.
- 5.5 working days.

3. 完成財務交易並更新會計軟體中的總帳。
4. 準備發票、日記帳憑證、借項通知單、貸項通知單、銀行往來調節表和固定資產清單。
5. 執行應付帳款功能- 簽發支票並處理日常網路銀行付款。
6. 記錄和填寫現金交易。
7. 確保財務報表的完整性。
8. 與營運人員密切合作完成日常營運任務,並就審計、稅務和秘書事宜與審計師、稅務代理人和公司秘書聯絡。
9. 根據需要完成上級分配的與工作相關的活動或任務。
10. 為上級提供文書支持
11. 根據需要承擔其他特殊任務。
12. 5.5個工作天。
JOB REQUIREMENTS /工作要求
- Diploma in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in computer skills, good in Microsoft Office & Account Software SQL
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage
