Head of Event / Event Manager

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Head of Events to lead our public career fairs, campus fairs, and Award Events. This role involves strategic planning, seamless execution, and promotion of high-impact events that strengthen our brand and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of career fairs and award events.
• Lead the events team to deliver successful, high-quality events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Drive event marketing and promotions to maximize attendance.
• Track and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in large-scale events.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
