  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join us. As a UI/UX Designer, you will create engaging, user-centered designs that amplify our clients’ brands and enhance the overall experience of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, impactful designs that align with client goals and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a keen understanding of digital advertising, a passion for visual storytelling, and a solid portfolio demonstrating successful design projects across various digital formats.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign and Platform Design:

  • Design engaging and innovative UI and UX elements for web, mobile, landing pages, banners, and other digital ad formats that support campaign objectives.
  • Develop concepts and high-fidelity mockups that communicate ideas eƯectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for conversion, SEO, and brand consistency across multiple digital touchpoints.  

2.User-Centered Research and Testing:

  • Conduct user research to gather insights on target audiences and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing strategies for campaign elements, analyzing results to optimize user experience and engagement.
  • Gather feedback from clients and end-users, refining designs to balance functionality with visual appeal.     

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with art directors, copywriters, marketing strategists, and developers to ensure cohesive, impactful design solutions.
  • Translate client briefs into digital designs that achieve marketing goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all design elements align with client branding and messaging.     

4. Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment:

  • Adapt quickly to changing client requirements, managing multiple projects and deadlines eƯiciently.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, design innovations, and best practices to ensure the agency’s oƯerings remain cutting-edge.   

5. Design Standards and Brand Consistency:

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems that streamline design processes and maintain consistency across client campaigns.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met to create inclusive designs for diverse audiences
