Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the position will support employee engagement initiatives that enhance the Firm's culture and promote #bestplacetowork.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract talent. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portal, social media, networking and recruitment events) to source the right candidates especially experience hired.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the Firm's presence in the talent market through career fairs, social media and campus event.
- Onboarding Coordination: Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring that necessary documentation and orientations are completed.
- HRIS: Maintain the HRIS database by ensuring new hire information is accurately entered and leveraging the recruitment module to streamline and automate the recruitment process.
- Data & Reporting: Collaborate with respective group partners/hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements and provide regular reports to update on talent acquisition progress.
- Corporate Merchant: Build relationships with suppliers and vendors who offer corporate deals and support in organizing events related to corporate partnerships.
Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Exposure to other HR areas such as employee relations, compensation & benefits, or learning & development is an advantage,
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
