Responsibilities
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners, conducts partner enablement, engagement and key account mapping.
Required Qualification & Experience
- To succeed in this position, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in channel sales in the IT industry and a good record of achieving assigned sales quota.
- Experience selling enterprise solutions to large & medium corporations would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of channel partner management is a must and direct experience in a distributor is required.
- Knowledge of security and storage products would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of cyber security and solutions would be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team are also critical success factors for this position.
