Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain and organize financial records and documents.
- Support the accounting team with data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and tracking expenses.
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing financial paperwork.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.
- Other additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in administration and accounting functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
