Job Decriptions:
• Preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.
• Maintain statutory books and records and ensure a proper filing system for secretarial documents.
• Prepare board of directors’ and members’ resolutions or minutes.
• Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the stipulated deadline.
• Ensure all companies comply with the relevant sections of the Acts, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepare financial analysis and forecast for new and existing business as and when needed.
• Dealing with external consultants, government authorities, MIDA, etc for new projects.
Requirements:
- Senior & Junior position available.
- Candidate must possess ICSA / MIA qualification / Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration / Finance /Legal / Secretarial Practice equivalent.
- Good command of both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skill, proactive, independent and meticulous

- Professional Qualification as a Company Secretary will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Government bodies:- MIDA, GITA and etc
- Familiar with various Certification bodies, example: GGL, Manufacturing License and etc.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be a significant advantage as the job required to be able to communicate with China Expatriate.
