We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives & Performance Lead for APAC. This role will lead strategic initiatives and performance improvement across regional customer success teams. The focus is facilitating the implementation of P321, embedding global standards, processes and tools. They will also be working with teams cross-functionally to streamline deliveries, improving delivery performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize delivery and customer success performance (e.g. Project Deliver SA&I)
- Lead adoption of global technologies and tools and integrate global platforms into regional standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and standardize processes
- Elevate consultancy skills and improve overall delivery quality across teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices
Measures of Success:
- Improved efficiency, speed, and productivity across markets and practice areas
- Successful delivery of global and regional initiatives initially as part of P321 including adoption of practice groups, regional fungibility, hubbing, BPI & WoW
- Successful adoption and implementation of global technologies and tools, with direct impact on productivity
- Standardized processes delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Noticeable improvement in NPS scores
