FGNC Events Group’s Team Works Academy (M) Sdn Bhd is a Training & Team Building Company that organizes Indoor & Outdoor Corporate Team Building, Soft Skill Training and All HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation) related programs. We are searching for a talented and motivated learning and development executive to plan outstanding and unforgettable team building
and training events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as attending event enquiries, proposals, and meetings. As the training & development executive, you should be well-organized and able to handle event venues, external trainers, speakers and HRDC program

Responsibility :
- Liaison between client and trainer in coordinating training/team buildings to ensure everything is in order.
- Responsible for overseeing training/team buildings to ensure everything runs smoothly and is conducted well by external & internal trainers.
- Liaise with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) for matters related to Training Grant Application, Claim and the E-Tris platform and prepare the HRDC utilization report.
- Updating and uploading new HRDC programs in the system
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each team building or training enquiry.
- Attending team building or training enquiries, preparing quotes and able to prepare event proposals with minimum supervision. – Training Provided
- Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each team building or training event.
- Maintain event budgets and prepare P&L – Training Provided
- Carefully supervise confirmed event preparation activities with proper handover to operations department and event team.
- Source and manage communication with external trainer / freelance trainers.
- Handling meetings and presentations with clients with minimum supervision.
- Able to work with external training companies and supervise/oversee the success of teambuilding and training programs.
- Minimal sales support to the sales team with updating and uploading company’s team building and training products in social media and other marketing platform.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years’ working experience as a learning and development executive, training event coordinator, HR executive with in-house training experience, or similar role.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Trainers & vendor management skills.
- Attention to detail, team-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- TTT (Train The Trainer) certification is an added advantage.
- Able to conduct simple and small group training is an added advantage.
- Able to lead and manage training events with external trainers & crew.
- Able to drive and possess your own transport is an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Strong experience in using PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of Canva or any other design/presentation tool is an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Training & Development, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications/Event Management or Public Relations is preferred. (diploma or degree in any other field with similar working experience may apply)
- Willing to work for long hours and under pressure when the job demands.
