We’re looking for a skilled event manager to plan dynamic and engaging events to drive new business and strengthen our clients demand. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized. They will be able to coordinate manage events under pressure and ensure that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. Above all, they will bring a strong sense

of our organization’s needs and how events fit into our broader communications strategy. As the event manager, you should be well-organized and able to handle event venues, suppliers, and vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as

Roles & Responsibilities - Event Manager

  • Understand clients event enquiries/requirements and prepare quotation.
  • Able to handle client’s pitching, meetings and event briefs.
  • Must be able to prepare impressive event proposals and present to client.
  • Must be able to prepare proper P&L and Budgeting for each event projects.
  • Drive new business with compelling event
  • Work independently with external suppliers, vendors and freelance event coordinators to execute confirmed events.
  • Be resourceful in sourcing event venues, decorators , talents, caterers and other event vendors.
  • Manage all event operations - Set Up, Tear Down & Follow Ups.

Requirements & Qualifications - Event Manager

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as event manager, event coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools and knowledge in Canva or other designing program is added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other third language would be added advantage.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lead a team of executives with good leadership quality.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willingness to delegate tasks and organize a team
  • Familiarity with event trends and developments
