Overall responsibilities is to provide technical solutions & product related service to internal and customers and oversee the proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the Technical Service Lab and to ensure proper handling and usage of equipment.
Main Tasks, Responsibilities and Authorities
1. Initiating and performing of basic work to acquire new applications in the defined market fields
with existing and new products. Establish secure and customer-friendly application rules.
2. Monitor and safeguard the fitness for use of products and systems.
3. Testing of products.
4. Create local technical product information adhering to the contents of corporate product
information.
5. Product training of the sales force.
6. Training and support of customers.
7. Takes charge of Field Testing according to the guidelines of Corporate Technical Department /
Service.
